Jennifer Seay is Vice President of Complete Medical Management. She also provides medical case management services and is bilingual in Spanish. She has over twenty years of experience in the worker’s compensation and disability insurance industry.

Tanja manages operations and provides administrative support to our case managers. She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in international business. Tanja is bilingual in German and lives in Beaufort, SC.

Lisa has over 35 years of case management experience. She is a catastrophic rehabilitation supplier and provides services in the Athens, Augusta, Macon and northeast Atlanta areas.

Evan has 25 years of experience in Georgia case management. He is bilingual in Spanish. Evan provides medical case management services in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Pam has over thirty years of experience in healthcare and rehabilitation  including twenty four years specializing in catastrophic case management. Pam was honored by Bloom Magazine with the 2024 “Excellence in Case Management” award.

Field Nurse Case Manager 

Kim has 25 years of experience as a clinical nurse and eleven years of experience in worker’s compensation case management. She covers the south Georgia, eastern Alabama, and north Florida area.

Medical Case Manager

Terri has 12 years of experience in medical case management in Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Terri provides medical case management services in middle and south Georgia, southeast Alabama, north Florida and surrounding areas.

Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

Linda has been a rehabilitation case manager for over 30 years offering medical case management, vocational placement, and expert testimony services.  While focusing primarily on workers’ compensation, Linda has also worked with Return to Work Programs, Long Term Disability, and Social Security.

Pamela is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, Certified Environmental Access Consultant, and a Catastrophic Rehabilitation Supplier in the State of Georgia. She has over 33 years of experience in the worker’s compensation arena providing medical field case management, telephonic case management, as well as auto and personal liability reviews.

Janice has over 30 years of case management experience including hospital acute care, long-term acute care, inpatient rehab, home health administration, hospital administration and workers compensation. Janice provides medical case management services in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Chayna has over 30 years of experience in vocational and medical case management in Georgia. She is a catastrophic rehabilitation supplier and can also provide vocational services including labor market surveys and employability assessments.

Geneva is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than 10 years dedicated to case management. Geneva is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager. She is a Georgia catastrophic rehabilitation supplier and is a registered rehabilitation supplier in both Tennessee and North Carolina.

Rehabilitation Consultant

Jen has been a medical case manager for five years and has twenty four years of experience as an occupational therapist. She is a Home Accessibility Specialist, Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS), and Certified Home Assessment and Modification Professional (CHAMP). In addition to case management, Jen specializes in accessible housing and assisting injured workers improve their independence at home.
